A Day with Bob James on the River Test
Bob
James is one of Britain’s leading coarse anglers, known around the
globe since he co-starred in the BBC’s ‘Passion for Angling’.
It remains the highest rated fishing programme of all time, translated
into numerous languages & shown in 27 countries to date.
But despite all his fame, Bob has not strayed far from his fishing roots of a childhood spent on the River Thames at Richmond. He has an uncanny ability to catch fish where others fail, but most importantly he is able to communicate how & why he can do this in such a way that makes anyone who fishes with him a better & more successful angler.
This is a fun day of fishing, but with a serious purpose. Spend the morning
listening & watching Bob whilst he talks & fishes, sharing his
many secrets that make him one of the most the successful anglers of his
generation. Inspired by Bob you can then go in pursuit of the many &
varied species at this private fishery, whilst Bob will be on hand to
help you further. At the end of the day Bob will pose for photos &
autograph copies of his books & videos

The 1-to-1 day is the opportunity of a lifetime to spend a day fishing with Bob. He will take you on one of his private river beats for a day of well ….. fishing. There will be plenty of time for chatting, trying out different methods, going after a variety species and getting the inside gossip from the angling world.
You don’t have to be the best or most experienced fishermen to
enjoy this day; in fact, whatever your level Bob will immediately put
you at your ease. At the end of the day share the experiences over a drink
& Bob is always happy to pose for a photo for the family album.
